CCLS has developed a Back to School 2020-2021 Plan for reopening our school buildings and providing educational ministry for the 2020-2021 school year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Plan provides a tiered approach with actionable steps that will be taken before students and employees return to school buildings, along with school actions that will be taken given the possibility of varied levels of community spread of COVID-19 throughout the school year. The plan is built with consideration for the guidance and recommendations of health officials and state and local leaders, and it’s designed to prioritize the health and safety of students and staff as we open school buildings and provide educational ministry.

EARLY CHILDHOOD ENROLLMENT

STEP 1: APPLICATION

Applying for preschool enrollment at CCLS is easy! Our two-step process begins by simply visiting TADS, our online application website, by clicking the TADS image above. Apply by completing the following steps:

  • General family information
  • Grade/class option selection for desired placement
  • $50 application fee for account set-up

STEP 2: ADMISSION

You will receive notification from our Director of Enrollment by email or phone within five days of completing the application process. Step 2 includes the following steps:  

  • submit copy of birth certificate
  • submit copy of immunization record
  • registration fee of $100 per year/$150 max. per family

We offer a number of preschool class options among our four campuses. You will be asked to indicate your class option during the online application process. View pricing at the following links:

K-8 ENROLLMENT

STEP 1: APPLICATION

Applying for enrollment at Christ Community Lutheran School is easy! Simply access TADS, our online application, to complete the application process. During the online initial application process, you will be prompted to complete the following for all students entering kindergarten through 8th grade

  • General family information
  • Grade/class option selection for desired placement
  • $50 application fee for account set-up

STEP 2: ADMISSION

You will receive notification from our Director of Enrollment by email or phone within a few days of completing the application process. The enrollment process includes the submission of the following items:  

  • copy of most recent report card/academic record
  • copy of most recent standardized test scores
  • completed Release of Records form
  • completed student recommendation form (K or Gr.1-8)
  • copy of birth certificate
  • copy of immunization record
  • $200 registration fee per student/$450 max. per family

After completing the enrollment process, the application will be placed under review by the school's Leadership Team. You will be notified as soon as a decision has been reached regarding your acceptance into the Christ Community Lutheran School family.
