Welcome to Christ Community Lutheran School! As you get acquainted with CCLS, we are confident that you will find that we are a school with a focus on academic excellence in a Christ-centered community. Located on five campuses, Christ Community Lutheran School provides Christian education for infants as young as six weeks through Grade 8. Over 700 students are enrolled at CCLS this school year between all five of our school campuses. CCLS was established in 1973; it is an association school of four St. Louis congregations of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. At CCLS, we hold to a Statement of Faith, based in Biblical truth, which guides school actions and decisions. Our faculty and staff are a group of dedicated educational leaders, faithful to the development of young people’s minds and hearts. Our families come from varied backgrounds, with the commonality of commitment to Christian education. Working together, we live out our vision to transform lives through Christ-centered education.

At Christ Community Lutheran School, it is our desire that a Christ-centered education, delivered with excellence, be accessible to all students, regardless of financial need. Tuition assistance options are available for students entering Kindergarten to 8th Grade. We invite and encourage families to have a conversation with our Admissions Team to discuss the ways that a CCLS education can be accessible and affordable for your family.
We encourage all prospective families to explore the following opportunities available for tuition assistance, making a CCLS education accessible and affordable. Our Admissions Team welcomes an opportunity to answer any questions you may have about Tuition Assistance at CCLS:
MOScholars Program
CCLS participates in MOScholars, a scholarship program established by the state of Missouri to provide opportunities and resources for students to attend private schools. Scholarships are available to qualifying students entering kindergarten and first grade, students transferring from public schools, and students with IEPs. Learn more about the program at this link; learn about the application process here. MOScholars financial awards are applied to the CCLS K-8 tuition rate prior to the application of other tuition assistance, as listed below.
Resource Fee Scholarships
The CCLS Resource Fee for students who receive additional educational services for IEPs is fully funded through MOScholars financial awards for qualifying students. Students with IEPs/SPs who do not receive MOScholars financial awards may be awarded CCLS Resource Fee Scholarships, covering the cost of the Resource Fee.
CCLS Association Church Member Tuition Benefits
Families who are members of one of our four Christ Community Lutheran School association churches (Concordia Lutheran Church - Kirkwood, Glendale Lutheran Church, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church - Crestwood, and The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens) receive an association church member tuition benefit; per child amounts increase for families with multiple children. CCLS Association Church Member Tuition Benefits are applied to the CCLS K-8 tuition rate after MOScholars financial awards for qualifying students. For the 2026-27 school year, up to the following amounts will be deducted from the K-8 tuition rate for CCLS Association Church Member Tuition Benefits:
Other Scholarship Opportunities
Kindergarten-Grade 8 families may apply for need-based financial assistance through FACTS . FACTS is not a source of assistance; rather, a third-party qualifier that is impartial, confidential, and accurate. The financial aid process may be started at this link. Financial aid applications are due by April 10th. The following scholarships may be awarded based on the FACTS application process; these scholarships are applied to the CCLS K-8 tuition rate after MOScholars financial awards and CCLS Association Church Member Benefits:
