The CCLS Polar Express

Calling all 4-year-old families! Grab your favorite pajamas and your little conductor, because you’re invited to a magical evening aboard the CCLS Polar Express!

Have your child come in their PJs and join us for family dinner, festive fun, and a little Christmas cheer!  While your 4-year-olds enjoy Polar Express-themed activities in the kindergarten classrooms, parents will have an opportunity to learn what to expect as they explore kindergarten opportunities at CCLS (see below for more details).

Then, with golden tickets in hand, we’ll reunite for a special reading of The Polar Express. Settle in, get cozy, and enjoy this favorite holiday tradition together.

And before the evening comes to an end at 7:00pm, your preschooler will receive a memorable gift to take home - a special reminder of the magical night they shared aboard the CCLS Polar Express!

All aboard - we can’t wait to welcome you and your family!

While our young learners explore, play, and connect with our amazing kindergarten teachers, parents will gather for an engaging and informative session led by:

• Dr. Matt Hoehner, Executive Director – casting the vision for CCLS
• Mrs. Rachel Klug, Elementary School Principal  - sharing the heart of our kindergarten program
• Mrs. Carrie Duesenberg, Director of Finance - explaining how education at CCLS is more financially accessible through MOScholars and scholarship opportunities
• Mrs. Kayla Purk, Community Engagement Coordinator – highlighting how we build connection and belonging
• Q + A

You’ll learn what makes CCLS a place where students thrive — academically, spiritually, and socially — and how we partner with families every step of the way.
