With a vision to transform lives through Christ-centered education, at Christ Community Lutheran School (CCLS) we want to extend our impact beyond our campuses.  That’s why we are launching a new initiative that we call “CCLS Toolkits” - a way to share the expertise, systems and proven resources that we have built with a team of professionals in areas of school management - such as operations, finance, and human resources. 

Our goal is to offer valuable and effective tools for school leaders who are not just leading staff, students, and families, but also juggling HR, finances, enrollment, compliance, and more….we focus on the systems so you can focus on your people!

So, what are these “CCLS Toolkits”? Well, we have lots of tools in our belts, with a long school history and a talented staff of professionals, and lots of ideas for what we could share down the road. But for now, we are starting with 3 CCLS Toolkits to share, free of charge, with school leaders who are interested: Strategic Planning, Mission Advancement, and Human Resources.

Each CCLS Toolkit has an instructional slide presentation, ready-to-use document templates, and content examples. We use Google Workspaces for document creation and sharing; CCLS Toolkits are available as content (documents, spreadsheets, slides) in shared Google folders, with examples to view and templates that you may copy to use in your school setting.
